Our
Mission
is to follow the great “Commission
of Christ” as found in Matthew
28:19-20. “Go therefore and
make disciples of all the nations,
baptizing them in the name of the
Father and of the Son and of the
Holy Spirit, teaching them to
observe all things that I have
commanded you;”
We will fulfill our mission by
following a simple principle of
“Loving God, Loving People, Serving
God and Serving People.
Our
Vision is to develop a
well-rounded group of believers who
through a progressive ministry can
cultivate the Spiritual gifts within
them to enable believers to use
their gifts for the perfecting of
the saints, the edifying of the body
of Christ and outreach into the
community.
“And there are diversities of
activities, but it is the same God
who works all in all. But the
manifestation of the Spirit is given
to each one for the profit of all;”
1 Corinthian 12:6 & 7
We will accomplish this by
uplifting, exhorting, teaching, and
training men, women, and children
how through a “relationship”
with Jesus Christ
they can become Disciples of
Christ and be successful and
complete in all areas of their
lives.
The components of our vision
consist of the following:
1. Discovering: conceive,
recognize
2. Developing: to expand,
enlarge, aid in growth of;
strengthen
3. Deploying: to position
in readiness for battle; bring into
action; arrange; set up
Through the Word, with the Holy
Spirit giving revelation, each
believer will be able to
Discover their purpose and
gifts, Develop in
their purpose and gifts and then
Deploy into their God
given purpose; allowing
the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to
accomplish the vision.
Ministry Scriptures:
“A new commandment I give to you,
that you love one another; as I have
loved you, that you also love one
another. By this all will know that
you are My disciples, if you have
love for one another.” John 13:34 &
35
“Jesus said to him, You shall
love the Lord your God with all your
heart, with all your soul, and with
all your mind. This is the first and
great commandment. And the second is
like it: You shall love your
neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 22:38
& 39
“For though I be free from all
men, yet have I made myself a
servant to all, that I might win the
more;” 1 Corinthians 9:19
